STOP PREACHING LIES TO NATION

Sir,

As parents, especially men, continue to be at a ‘safe” distance from the reality on the ground in the country, things won’t end well. As a pastor, I am sure prayer is key to any problem we face. However, that only happens for those who are truly submissive to the will of God, not just anybody, especially us, the biggest hypocrites of the gospel of Christ. I know that a number of people will differ with me in this regard, but I remain unapologetic for saying almost all Christians today are nothing but hypocrites. Almost every Christian today is a liar; we preach about a healing Christ, while at the same time we preach about vaccines.

Claim

We claim that nothing is impossible or difficult for God, but is this really what sits well in our hearts. Time has come to speak the truth whether it helps or destroys the speaking soul. Currently as a nation, we are facing difficulties. Our children fighting battles that would have been better fought by us parents, especially men and pastors.

From April 2020, I have warned about such a time. I warned the late prime minister in writing and I did the same with the deputy prime minister. I told them that the monarchy had to play a role in order for Eswatini to avoid these difficulties, but they didn’t listen. Today I am very sad that all this chaos is happening. Obviously they are to blame. Again, I know some of you will disagree with my statement but I don’t blame you because you do not know what I know.

All men, including pastors, must come together and take their rightful place in the current uprisings by young people. We must seek an audience with Parliament, Cabinet and the monarchy as soon as possible. This battle is ours, not our children. Government is arrogant and unwilling to listen and give satisfactory answers to our children. Thus the continued chaos and bloodshed in the country.

Pastors

All pastors must stop preaching lies to the nation and practice what they preach. Stop prophesying lies to the nation. Stop taking money from congregants under false pretences. Stand for and by the truth at all times and rebuke wrongdoers and encourage the oppressed. Come out of your comfort zones and face the realities faced by your congregants who are oppressed. Parliamentarians please do your job and serve the communities of Eswatini diligently. Show that you are with them by addressing their concerns in your sittings. Come back and report to your communities all the difficulties and successes pertaining their concerns. After all they elected you to do just that. Remember the campaign promises you made to the people.

Oppressed

Cabinet ministers must not forget that they too come from the same oppressed communities they are working against. Your term of office will come to an end soon. Enjoy your salaries and let the people enjoy excellent services. How do you justify your lives of luxury when hospitals don’t have the required medication; when schools are without meaningful budgets to run smoothly? The same government that you are supporting is failing to pay for OVCs; it takes you more than eight months to pay even though you’re aware that more than 60 per cent of school-going children are orphaned and depend on you paying for their educational needs.

To the Judiciary, please fix the justice system now before it’s too late. Give fair trials to all those incarcerated and avoid being manipulated by outside forces. Release all who are wrongfully kept in cells and prosecute all who are walking freely yet they have cases to answer. Give true justice to all indiscriminately.
To men, please stop all forms of witchcraft and abuse and protect women. Please take good and godly care of all your wives, children and communities. Respect God Almighty’s church.

To government; stop telling lies about COVID-19 because when people want to gather you say the numbers of infections are very high but allow the country’s authorities to have people gathered.

Applies

Luke 6:31 says do unto others as you would like them to do unto you. Security forces, please note that the above scripture also applies to you too. Ignore all orders to kill protesters from now on. Just maintain law and order as that is your calling. To the army, please consider guarding our borderlines and stop brutalising people.

We are your parents, brothers and sisters; stop behaving like you are from another planet. Had our country’s security forces not used excessive force that saw people dying, the kingdom wouldn’t be in this mess. Last but not least, a friendly and serious warning to pastors; God says his house is in ruins and He wants it restored anew.

He wants to enjoy the worship that will come out of it. He can’t stand the denominational divisions in the church. He built only one CHURCH on one rock. Men created many denominations according to their own tastes as we all are witnesses today. We can still become one church if we put our egos aside; “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.”
