THE SILENCE IS DEAFENING

A new phenomenon has emerged ever since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic just over a year ago – censorship. Most people now know that the doctor who first detected the virus in China was arrested for alerting others about the outbreak, for whatever reasons. Sadly he also became one of its first victims. But it didn’t end there. People were amazed at just how fast scientists came up with a vaccine for the virus, especially considering the fact that nearly half a century later there is still no vaccine for HIV/AIDS. But perhaps what left even more people perplexed is the fact that authorities in most countries have been threatening people for supposedly spreading ‘fake news’ concerning the virus, and this has inevitably led to a rise in so-called ‘conspiracy theories’ about it.

One of those conspiracy theories revolves around Microsoft founder Bill Gates, with many questioning what interest a man with no medical background has in developing vaccines. As a young man, Gates is said to have travelled to India, where he spent some time under the guidance of a local guru (godman) before returning to the US and founding one of the most successful companies on the planet. He is also one of the leading voices calling for action against climate change and the unabated population growth on the planet. In fact, Gates has even given lecturers about the problem of overpopulation and the possible solutions to deal with the problem. These are things which we don’t get to be told about in the media, and this has led to many questioning why a person who proposes to reduce the earth’s population would be involved in creating vaccines to save lives.

Conspiracy

This brings me to another conspiracy theory which suggests that vaccines may be used as a tool to advance the population reduction agenda. Of course we all know that the COVID-19 virus kills less than five per cent of the people it infects, and many people are wondering why it is, therefore, necessary for everybody to receive the vaccine, especially when one considers the fact that alcohol and smoking related deaths far outnumber the deaths caused by the virus, and these are things which are legally sold to the public.
