SERVANT HOOD LEADERSHIP

Leadership can be discussed in so many levels and so many different aspects. One can tackle it from a spiritual aspect and some can tackle it from the level of physicality.

A simple definition of leadership is the ability to influence two or more people to be able to help in whatever you are doing with the expectation of being rewarded or not. So many people have the tendency of mistaking leadership with being a ‘BOSS’; which is the ability to forcefully order people to do something without the expectation of resistance with either the expectation of a reward or not.

Then servant hood leadership, as noted in Tuesday’s daily career section, is but the ability to lead through your own examples. Even though this kind of leadership has been made more conscious in the 21st Century, more and more leaders are taking after such a kind of leadership. This leadership, as stated in that article, is not as the author anticipates where they equal it to the BOSS kind of leadership but rather it deals more with the human heart. How those who are led feel as compared to their words.

At times such leadership may go to the extent of putting your foot down in order for some things to happen but it’s all for the good of those being led. In the end of all things, the Lord will require those in His land and  chosen people to be dedicated to Him and those who have been found to be against the Lord shall be required to ship out or rather repent, if that fails they shall be diminished among the people of God.

This might just sound cruel and unfair but considering that a choice had been given for a fair way of sorting this matter but in the end of the day the King whom is supreme shall remain the final word of the kingdom. Considering the fact that the only one king is God, His word shall be revealed as a decree especially after all has been said and done.

This kind of leadership is one which deals with servants showing the way things are done and not only that but guiding those who neatly follow with care and love. The following people are given all the information they need and they are given enough time to decide and be able to find the answer by merely looking from the leaders. As one would put it; “People may forget what you said but they will never forget how you made them feel.”
