HAIL THE SD SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Font size: Decrease font Enlarge font

Sir,

I have noted with great concern that your desk, or desktop, is flooded with nothing but complaints and concerns.
My letter is not of that calibre, at least not entirely, it is applause for the Service Excellence Awards Swaziland. I must say that I was utterly impressed to see the number of categories of awards that will be handed out during the ceremony in October.

The Swazi populace has been faced by many challenges, including service excellence that really lags behind. We are mistreated in shops by cashiers and assistants, particularly in clothing retail outlets.
It is always a disappointment to be talked down by people you are supporting.

We really have miles to cover to earn our service excellence badge as a country. Before I take my complaining any further, let me get to the reason for my letter.
The awards are meant to improve the business sector and influence other industries, bridging Swaziland to 2022.
During the launch of these awards, it was mentioned that service excellence aims to nullify price advantages and glorify the importance of the customer in businesses.

Support

I hope that we all support the awards because they are meant for the entire Swazi nation, because in one way or the other we are consumers/customers.
I do pray that everything goes according to plan, so that we, valued customers, really get to know our value in the businesses that we support.
To all the sponsors, committees and partners, thank you for taking us out of Egypt.

Awesome Swazi Citizen
