SWAZILAND MUST BE EXEMPLARY

Font size: Decrease font Enlarge font

Sir,

The elderly group and  people with disabilities are toothless to be part of the labour force, hence they are vulnerable to any job and they cannot gross anything to cultivate their basic needs.

The social grants are temporary a source of income to them to live their full potential, and some use the funds to pay for education for their young ones that will contribute to the development of our nation in the long-run.

Invoking the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) number one and two which clearly state and emphasise on the alleviation of poverty and ending hunger in all its forms everywhere, will make contributions as they will in turn raise the standard of living in communities and countrywide.

Swaziland is the sanctified nation in functioning towards economic development because we have the ‘Chairman of Africa’. Hence, we need to be exemplary to other nations.
