WHAT ABOUT THE HUMANITARIAN ORGANS OF THE UNITED NATIONS?

Sir

The United Nations was formed in 1945 and it took over from the League of Nations.

The League of Nations was a total failure because major wars took place such as the second World War.
The United Nations today, I think if compared to the League of Nations is doing well. Although fewer wars took place in the past such as those in Vietnam, Korea and other places but it was in smaller scales.

Why do I say the United Nations is a big success? What points do I have in mind?
They have organs such as humanitarian organs, political organs and they military organs.
Then how are these organs and examples connected with them? I want to start with the political wing called the Security Council composed of big countries such as USA, Russia, France, the United Kingdom and China.

What about the military wing of the United Nations? The United Nations have a peacekeeping force composed of most countries to enforce peace in troubled parts of the world, where different factions wrestle for power.

What about humanitarian organs of the UN? They were composed of the following UNDP, UNESCO, UNICEF, WHO, UNAIDS, FAO and many others which I cannot mention by name. What is embarrassing is that the UN preaches peace yet most countries are arming for wars and so if you talk of peace but prepare for war means there are elements of hypocrisy in the UN.

There is a verse quoted from the book of Joel 3:10 that talks about how countries beat their plowshares into swords!

: Squatters on farms
The influx of squatters on farms will always be a challenge unless chiefs are salaried and regulated by government. Do you agree with this sentiment shared by farm owners?
