OPEN LETTER TO KHABONINA DLAMINI AND CYRIL KUNENE

Font size: Decrease font Enlarge font

Sir,

I write this letter with a heavy heart that in Africa and in Swaziland, promotion, demotion and dismissal are increasingly treated the same in that they are all unmeritorious. Having realised that commissions of inquiry tend to miss the intended agenda decisions are made to support the unknown.

In life, mistakes are generally educational. That is why it is said ‘experience is the best teacher’. It is a proven fact that only those who work make mistakes. Therefore, this experience should not weigh you down.

Others have gone through it before, even worse where money is wasted on commissions whose reports end up in the bin. Where you have been placed, rise like an eagle and express your personalities in the quality of workmanship your capacity can demonstrate. All is in God’s plan.
There are many who hold very high positions but they have nothing to show for it other than making endless personal calls that erode the limited available resources.

Take heed; God is on your side as long as you can vouch in front of Him that you are His child and the forces of evil are trying to overwhelm you.  Your purpose is to praise and worship Him for putting you on trial at this time lest you forget who He is in your life. Others have died of stress! Thanks God you are alive and well; all you need is the strength to plod along through this valley of darkness for He is with you; you need only to present yourself for His selfless guidance at this hour.

To praise and worship Him, you need no musical instrument, no congregational hymns, no voice but self centred in His Person in our lifestyle – this is a chance of a re-birth without the stresses of an executive job, where you will derive power in a new song of praise and worship. His promises never fail, slumber, end nor perish. Trust in humans, even one’s blood relatives, is futile and mostly are the conduit for your downfall.

God is more interested in the position of our hearts than that of our hands in public. Earthly riches perish; store your wealth in the bank that never inflates you’re your worth. Only the truth will set you free; others will die with lots of souls they have persecuted.

Only pray that no one is asked about your suffering. Ask for forgiveness in the same way you have forgiven others.

No one is answerable for the trespasses of others; only one accomplished that when he died so that we can live abundantly. He rose so we can see the Kingdom; we are in triumph, so let’s party joyfully and not be depressed by machinations of mortals or hiccups while we live!
