MBABANE - His biggest desire for MTN Bushfire!

The success of MTN Bushfire speaks for its self; this is evident by successful South African artists showing keen interest in being part of it. The much anticipated MTN Bushfire took place on the weekend. It’s encouraging to see big stars that have graced South African stages show interest in performing at the festival. It has been hailed by CNN as the 7th African festival to look out for. South African 2015 Idols SA winner Pop singer best known for his baritone voice, Karabo Mogane, has expressed his interest in wanting to be part of Eswatini events and upcoming festivals. Mogane was speaking during an interview with this publication. He expressed that he would have loved to be part of this year’s MTN Bushfire Festival, which took place over the weekend.

“I have always had an interest to be part of any Eswatini event. I love the country and I interact with my fans from Eswatini,” said the idols winner. The season 11 winner shared with this reporter that since he won idols seven years ago he has never performed in the country. He, however, mentioned that he has been in Eswatini numerous times for vacations. “I need to keep in touch more with my research and get in touch with the management in Eswatini. Also just to introduce my craft and widen my fan base. I would confidently say this year will not end without a one-man show from me,” said Karabo reassuringly. The singer rose to fame when he walked away with the Idols prize in 2015. It has been a little over seven years since then and he has made his mark in the industry. From soulful RnB to uplifting Gospel songs, Karabo can do it all. Karabo (30) started the year on a high note. He recently got married. He also shared that he’s currently busy with his E.P. He further went on to say there are a couple of artists he wants to work with but cannot confirm right now.
