GET BUSHFIRE TICKETS WITH MOMO

MBABANE – Festivalgoers in Eswatini can now buy MTN Bushfire 2022 tickets using MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) through WhatsApp.

Electronic tickets will be downloaded directly to mobile phones so guests can ‘Green Your Fire’ and save paper by using the e-ticket on their device to enter the festival. Tickets will be emailed as a back-up. Full festival Golden Lounge, Main Arena and Children’s tickets are still available through this facility. Camping tickets, as well as festival tickets, can be purchased through the MTN Bushfire website www.bush-fire.com. Speaking to the MTN Bushfire’s Communications Officer Simon Dawson, he said a limited number of Phase One main arena tickets were still available through MTN MoMo.

“Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis, so festivalgoers are encouraged to get them while stocks last! “Additionally, the first 100 people to buy MTN Bushfire tickets through Mobile Money will receive E100 pre-loaded on their cashless wristbands. Ticket holders will soon be able to preload their wristbands directly through MoMo,” he said. It is worth noting that the MoMo payment facility is accessible via WhatsApp, and festivalgoers will be able to buy tickets even if their MoMo number is different from their WhatsApp number.
A maximum of five tickets per email address can be purchased. “Please note that festivalgoers from Eswatini aged 12 and above will be required to provide a valid certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19 to enter the festival grounds; a ticket alone will not be enough to gain entry,” he added.
