SBU NOAH COMING WITH TAKIE NDOU

MBABANE – South African gospel sensation Sbu Noah has been added to the line-up for Takie Ndou’s album launch.

This will be good news to hear for local gospel lovers as the pair is slated to set the Mbabane Alliance Church stage ablaze with their scintillating stage presence and vocal abilities. The show will take place on March 6, 2022, which will be on a Sunday, from 4pm. Themed ‘The Great Revival’; the show will see Takie Ndou launching his latest album.

Songwriter

It is worth noting that the gospel star recently won Best Gospel Songwriter and Best Gospel Album respectively at the Crown Gospel Awards which were held in November last year. To spice up the show, the ‘Nkosi Yehlisa’ vocalist, Sbu Noah, will co headline alongside Ndou. The renowned gospel singer and songwriter, who gained national fame after the release of ‘Hallelujah Nkateko,’ will be performing in the country after his last performance at the Mavuso Trade and Exhibition Centre in 2019.
This will be Takkie Ndou’s first time performing this year as he last performed at Mbabane Alliance Church last year at a show dubbed ‘Spiritual Upliftment’. Confirming this was Kufeziwe Communications’ Nomfundo Makhubu, who said this was a year of breaking records. Makhubu went on to thank emaSwati for the unrelenting support they had afforded them over the years.

“We would like to thank everyone that has supported the Linda Dlamini brand including the shows we host. We would like to urge everyone to continue supporting us, we will continue with hosting shows that are of an international standard. This will be the greatest gospel music spectacle, people cannot afford to miss out on,” he said. Takie became a renowned artist due to songs like ‘Babe Ngisite, Ngiyabonga’, Litadulu Lo Vuleya, ‘Jesus is mine’, and ‘He Can Do Anything.’

On the other hand, Sibusiso Desmond Mthembu (born March 10, 1986) known professionally as Sbu Noah is a well-known talented South African gospel singer and songwriter. He is also a famous television personality. He gained national fame after releasing the hit gospel music track, ‘Hallelujah Nkateko’. Sbu Noah is also a member of the popular South African Gospel choir, Joyous Celebration is known for his use of powerful vocals when on stage. In 2019, he was nominated for Best Gospel Song at the SABC Crown Gospel awards. Sbu Noah was nominated for the Best Gospel song at the SABC Crown Gospel award in 2019.
