OVER 2 000 AMAPIANO LOVERS AT ‘COOLER BOX PARTY’

MBABANE – He did it again. Well-known award winning hip hop artist also known as ‘Mr Successful events’ Illa Pen Boy whose real name is Sifiso Ndlangamandla, made history as he filled up the new hot spot in Manzini called The Xchange Lounge and Shisanyama on Saturday.


He lived up to his name as he packed hundreds of fun lovers at his show dubbed ‘Amapiano Cooler Box Party.’
Fun lovers were waiting to be mesmerised by amapiano artist Leehleza the ‘Umshove’ hit maker, whose real name is Lindelihle Gladwell.
Their excitement was written all over their faces, the weather was also on their side as they wore their biker tights, hot pants and crop tops.
Lime green and white was the order of the night as most people had those colours on.


Before the main artist, revellers were entertained by the crowd pullers, the Mega Sound DJs who set the mood with their crazy sets.
Supa CDQ made them twerk; Matamza unleashed their crazy side as they were showing off killer dance moves.

Mbali Wethu from South Africa who is a socialite, was the lady of the night, as she was dancing and entertaining the crowd keeping them in high spirits.
They were all screaming saying ‘Sizohambekseni’ loosely translated to ‘we will leave in the morning’.


‘Mr four hours’ DJ Zulu D also gave out an electrifying set, one of the songs loved by the crowd was titled ‘Asambe Nono’, they sang along and danced.
Zulu wrapped up his set with one of the songs titled ‘Womsindisi’, he took them back to church.
Some of the fun lovers got emotional while singing.


As if that was not enough, the man of the night Leehleza mounted the stage and the crowd went wild. They were screaming their lungs out while some were taking pictures and videos.


His energy filled the arena. He made people do the pouncing cat, one of the fun lovers did a rare dance move as she was on the barricade shaking her back vigorously, she did that dance move despite the fact that it was crowded.


In an interview with the ‘Amabele ebusweni bendonda’ hit maker he expressed his enormous excitement. He also shared that he had fun considering the fact that it was his third time performing in the country.


“I love Eswatini, the response I got was amazing, people were actually singing along to my songs. I had so much fun, I always feel at home when I am here because I am also a liSwati,” he said.


The ‘Aaachuuuu’ hit maker Illa Pen boy also thanked emaSwati for the support.
He thanked everyone who attended as they had a peaceful event despite the fact that Manzini is known for having a higher rate of crime.


“Thank you for the support, I know next year it will be bigger and better,” he said.
The night was young for revellers as they danced till sun rise.
