300 VIP TICKETS ONLY FOR BENJAMIN DUBE’S SHOW

MBABANE – The early bird catches the fat worm. The launch dubbed ‘Glory tour with Benjamin Dube’, set to take place on November 30, 2019 at the Metropolitan Evangelical Church in Manzini, will have only 300 VIP tickets sold at E500.


 This was confirmed by one of the event organisers, Lerato Mtshali, in an interview with the Entertainment Desk yesterday.
  She expressed their excitement about the show as the bishop would be launching his latest project titled ‘Glory in his presence’, for the second time.
 It is worth noting that Bishop Benjamin Dube’s album was released on digital platforms on September 27, 2019 under Spirit Music and is a Christian gospel genre.  The album has been warmly received by music lovers.

 “We are excited to be part of this history and we looking forward to being part of the great night with one of the greatest gospel musicians of our time, releasing new music in Eswatini,” she said. 


She went on to emphasise that they would be having 300 VIP tickets sold at E500, that will come with refreshments and a copy of the album being launched. “We encourage people to get to the outlets immediately to secure their tickets to avoid disappointment. 300 VIP tickets have been allocated for this event and we want the people to enjoy the benefits of being part of the VIP section,” she said.


 General tickets will cost E200 and are available at all Galito’s outlets, Mgavuza, and Mbabane Alliance Church and also through personal deliveries.

Mtshali went on to share the final full-line up of the whole show, which are artists featured on the album.   Idols South Africa winner and gospel musician Khaya Mthethwa,  the children of the legendary gospel musician Dube Brothers, award winning Putuma Tiso, Hlengiwe Ntombela known for her husky alto voice, Xoli Mncwango one of the best soprano vocalist and former Idols South Africa contestant Liesl Penniken.


Diversity


 Mtshali also shared that they would have a local touch on the show, as they have incorporated a project called Swazi Praise that celebrates the talent and diversity of artists. This project brings together upcoming artists from all over the country.  “Locally we will be having the likes of Sihle Zwane, Nondumiso Nhleko, Letta Dlamini, Nomphumelelo Mdluli, Ayanda Nkambule, Ndumiso Mkhaliphi, Sphiwo Ndlangamandla, Bhelekazi Shabangu and Majaha Nkonyane the poet to name a few, ” she said. 


Moreover it is worth noting that the show was officially launched a few weeks ago graced by the bishop who shared his love for the country as it has become his second home.
