IT’S ‘AMANDA MO FT BLACK COFFEE’

MBABANE – Making international music. Eswatini singer/songwriter Amanda Mo, who is currently working in South Africa, is already taking her music and brand to the world.

The songstress’ hit song ‘Phula’ was played in a set by famous South African DJ, who was playing in Atlanta, United States America over the past weekend.

Garnered

The set garnered the attention of local and international fans of the songstress’ hit song, who then tagged the artist’s tweet about the set.
Speaking to the Entertainment Desk, Icon PB Manager and Amanda Mo’s Manager, Phila Koshin, revealed the excitement shared by the artist and said they had been in talks with Black Coffee, Kususa and DJ Maphorisa.

“Thank you so much for supporting my song BlackCoffee Amanda Mo - Phula (Kususa & Argento Dust Remix).

Beasts

“Kususa you all are beasts #PhulaRemix,” said Amanda Mo in a tweet. 
Outside of Black Coffee performing the song in the USA, Koshin said they had completed production of the song which would be released in 2020.
He also said it was an honour for a liSwati artist to feature a great artist and also have that artist willing to work with her. Local DJ Kwakhe Dinho expressed his excitement for the songstress by saying he literally smiled when he saw the song being played by Black Coffee and felt like the song belonged to him as well as a liSwati artist.

Anticipation

Fans of the artists showed anticipation of the proposed remixed saying they could not wait to hear it, and the proposed date was too far.
Koshin also revealed that what was more honourable about the collaboration was that Black Coffee also had a say in as far as the final sound and remix of the song should be.
Icon PB is the label that also managed Sands, a liSwati artist who blew up in the South African music scene.
