MBABANE - ‘The new generation is coming with change.’  These were the words said by Member of Parliament Macford Sibandze during the birthday celebration of one of the renowned motivational speakers and entrepreneurs Jumbo Kunene.

The party was held at The Theatre Club in Mbabane, dubbed ‘Jumbo birthday dinner shadis’.
Close friends, family and other influential people were part of the event. The likes of Mncedisi Simelane, who is also a motivational speaker and an author of one of the leading books called ‘Walking with Christ through finances’, the ‘naked’ hit maker Zoe Genesis and Fakazi Samuel also raced the event.

The event was filled with laughter. It was more of a spiritual event as the first artist to hit the stage was Lomkhosi, who ushered the audience into the presence of the Lord. As if that was not enough Fakazi Samuel also came out and shared a breath-taking set.
The Master of Ceremonies (MC), Siphesihle Nkwanyane, also kept the crowd glued to their seats with her sense of humour and of course her eye-catching Indian inspired outfit.

Before each artist could perform they shared how they met Jumbo Zoe said she liked how he approached her and they clicked.
“He treated me so professional and I was humbled by that. He is my friend now,” she said.
Zoe went on to deliver an electrifying performance; her energy filled the entire venue.

The entertainment changed from gospel worship to something groovy. The dinner catered for everyone as there was also a comedy performance from one of the upcoming talented comedians, who goes by the name of Bongiswa Masondo, who left the crowd in stitches.
Poets were also present who poured their hearts on stage.

Excitement

After the performances the Member of Parliament Sibandze shared his enormous excitement for being part of such an event where they were celebrating a young person who is already on the move.

Nokwanda Sithole, who was part of the event, wished Jumbo many more years.
“Happy birthday to him may the almighty keep on blessing him,” she said.

Sihle Sibandze also wished him many more tears and applauded Jumbo for his projects that also help the youth.
The night ended on a high note as the man of the moment also thanked everyone who was part of the event.
