SA’S MOOZILE RENDERS 20-MINUTE LIT PERFORMANCE

MBABANE - It was brief but great!

South African presenter and rapper Moozile, real name Nomuzi Mabena, gave a 20-minute show which was lit all the way. This was after fun lovers and patrons who embraced Solani’s Shisanyama in Mbabane waited for hours in anticipation of this celebrated talent. Just after taking to the stage, fun lovers, especially women, flocked to the front of the stage and started to sing along to every song that she rendered. Not only did they sing along but they danced to the beats. Her presence on stage was very energetic as she sang some of her popular songs including ‘Vatel’, ‘Moozil Recipe’ and others.

Also, many were pleasantly wowed by her ravishing white outfit which was complemented beautifully by her thigh high red boots. Moozile is mainly known among hip hop lovers as her name has been associated with Rouge, Victoria Kimani, DJ Speedsta, Vanessa Mdee, Da L.E.S, AKA, Somizi Mhlongo and Gemini Major. Another outstanding performance was Menzi, whose set began early in the night. He dished out house music tracks which were viral between 2004 and 2011 and these included ‘Changes in My Life’, ‘Set Your Mind’, ‘Tell Me Watcha Gonna Do’ and other iconic hits. Also, renowned MC and DJ KB Da DJ was a party starter with the gqom sounds that her rendered. There is never a dull moment at Solani’s Shisanyama, even on Christmas Day, as fun lovers were then serenaded with quality music throughout the night.
