LOCAL JELELE ONLINE RADIO STATION OFFICIALLY TAKES OFF!

MBABANE – The youth’s innovation will surely lead the country to a fulfilled Vision 2022.

The founders of the new Eswatini online radio station known as Jelele officially launched it last Friday where it went live. The new 24/7 online radio station which was pioneered by Mgazi Group is the first major local online radio station, offering a genuine alternative and complements what is currently in the market. Jelele is packed with fresh and exciting local programmes, podcasts and shows which are broadcasted online by emaSwati with great local entailed content that is created by them. Jelelele, which can also be referred to as Jelele.com, offers a unique mix of both local and overseas audience targeting using smart broadcasting technology.

Innovation

Founder of Mgazi Group Sibusiso Ntshangase said they were excited to bring such an innovation in the country. “Jelele plans to broadcast its current line-up of shows 24/7, staying loyal to local. We aim AT developing several new live interactive shows and other content that will air exclusively on Jelele.com and also available on demand. “Jelele is aimed at a family audience with content suitable for all. Jelele radio will give listeners an entertaining, educating and fun escape, delivered by authentic presenters with great relatable witty conversations and Eswatini playlists,” said Ntshangase.

Online radio, also known as internet radio, is a digital audio service transmitted via the Internet. Broadcasting on the Internet is usually referred to as webcasting since it is not transmitted broadly through wireless means.
