The internationally renowned Walt Disney Company is offering locals a chance to work in their respected entity.
The Walt Disney Company, commonly known as Walt Disney or Disney, is an American diversified multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate headquartered at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California in the United States of America.

It is the world’s largest independent media conglomerate in terms of revenue, ahead of NBC Universal and Warner Media, which are owned by telecommunications giants Comcast and AT&T respectively.

Locals have been offered this million-dollar opportunity under their Cultural Exchange Programme which was put into action over 10 years ago. The Cultural Exchange Programme provides one with the opportunity to spend their school break working at Walt Disney World Resort.

Talented

The Walt Disney official website states that as part of this programme, one will learn directly from some of the most talented entertainment and guest service professionals in the industry.
“You will also be immersed in different cultures from around the world, connect with industry experts and build lifelong relationships as you live in our exclusive Disney apartment communities,” it reads.

Application forms to be part of this beautiful gesture are available on their website.
It will not be the first time for a liSwati to join this programme as Thapelo Ramapela was part of it in 2016 and he raised the Eswatini flag high as he was broadcast on their social media pages.

Ramapela was employed at the Disney Animal, Science and Environment as part of a programme under his field of study, Tourism which he studied in Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) in Pretoria, South Africa.
