EZULWINI - Local designers are proving to be at par with the international stage with their creativity.

Pulse Entertainment, in partnership with Gkonnexion and Top Model Eswatini, successfully hosted one of the historical annual Fashion Unleashed Eswatini (FUE) last Friday at The Tum’s George Hotel.

The show, that was scheduled to start at 7pm, ended up starting late due to the fact that a lot of people were running late and made it to the venue. However, the show proved that talent in the country is fast becoming a means to make a living for some through taking advantage of the industry.
The show kick-started with Ruff Cut designs and left the crowd begging for more as they were astonished by the designs.

Nathi Gumede from South Africa, who came with the designers from Mpumalanga, expressed his excitement and the great hospitality he had been given.

Talent

He also added that the kingdom had talent and the only item lacking was exposure with enough opportunities.
“The is so much talent and inspiration from this country, as most of the designers from other countries get their inspiration from the colourful culture of this country and I am looking forward to the next show as I will bring more designers, not only from Mpumalanga but from other provinces as well,” he said
On another note, Mbali Marcia Dlamini also from South Africa who is a Mandela fellowship leader, assisted those who want to go to the United States of America for the Mandela Washington fellowship programme to enhance their talent.

Linda Chester, the project manager and director of the modelling department, thanked everyone who made the show possible and officially announced that next year every after two months he will be hosting an art and talent event.
