MBABANE – Sickness, marriage, bad luck, miracle money and prophecies are some of the many issues Prophet Mboro vowed to solve when he touches down on Christmas Day.

The popular prophet said he was ready to solve everyone’s problems in the country. He further advised people to take pictures before he healed them and after he had prayed for them. Those pictures must be shared on social media for everyone to see the power of God, he advised.

“I am coming there to show people the power of God. People will get healed and all their problems will be solved. I can advise them to take pictures now and also come with their medical reports to the event, and they will see miracles. They will see the difference once I have prayed for them,” he said.

Moreover, after it came to light that he was headed to the country for a service on december 25, a number of his followers expressed their excitement, and among them were a few who publicly shared their testimonies, as they said they were healed through touching their television sets.
Senzo Malaza from Mbhuleni shared a voice note through the popular social medium, Whatsapp, where he expressed his excitement over the coming of the prophet.

“My life was a mess; I had lost hope after I lost my job and further watched as my marriage crumbled down. I was watching Soweto TV when I saw him praying and I touched the screen, it felt like a burden had been removed from my back. A few days later, I received a call and I got hired as a truck driver. I have even bought kombis and I want to meet and thank him for what he has done for me,” Malaza said.

Mandla Phakathi said he was preparing an offering for the prophet, as he also benefitted from his prayers. “I had been diagnosed with a critical sickness and the doctors had told me it can only be controlled through medication, but after I had touched the television set, I got healed. I hope I will get a chance to meet him in person,” he said.

Another person, a female (her name withheld), said she was HIV-positive, but after she had touched the screen, she recovered.
“I went for testing at Manzini Nazarene and my results were negative,” she said.

The Ministry of Health Director of Health Vusi Magagula asked to be called later when he was contacted, as he said he was busy with certain people. Before the publication of this article, Magagula could not be reached.

The mouth-watering festival, set for Christmas Day, will also have musicians belting it out on stage. The line up consists of big names such as South African Hlengiwe Mhlaba and Donny Ngwenyama.  Other local stars such as Ndududzo Matse, Linda Dlamini, Phathwakahle, Mzwakhe Myeni, Phetsile Masilela, Shiba and the Travellers and Make Maculuve also form part of the line-up.

Mboro was recently in the news for allegations that he went to heaven and took selfies to prove it. He later told eNCA that he never went to heaven and foreigners were responsible for the selfies that allegedly show him in heaven.
