MANZINI - “He wanted the title more than anything.” These were words uttered by Rodney Landsberg’s supporters when he was called out as being the overall Mr Eswatini 2018/19 winner last Saturday night, during the crowning ceremony which took place at The George Hotel in Manzini, outshining the 11 other contestants.

The show which attracted a maximum of 250 people, started off just after 8pm, with the contestants introducing themselves and also stating their chiefdom leaders, in a bid to raise  awareness and encourage  the audience to register and take part in the ongoing 2018 National Elections.

The 23-year-old oozed  confidence from the onset as he applied his runway experience while walking down the ramp. Introducing himself to the audience, he stated that he came from Phasi Kwe Mdzimba under the leadership of Mandanda Mtsetfwa. Landsberg is not new to the ramp as he has taken part in a number of fashion shows and Mr UNISWA pageants.

Not to be outdone was Wandile Lusito, who eventually became the first prince. Wandile Lusito Zishwili  was the crowd favourite from the onset, aged 25years old he had the crowd eating from the palm of his hand, from the moment he took to the ramp. Ladies screamed their lungs out each time he came onto the stage.

Zishwili has been involved in motivational tours around high schools in the country.
On the other hand, Wandile Sihle Dlamini walked away with the second prince title and he mentioned during his intodroduction that some of his  hobbies are dancing, drawing, singing and playing basketball.
