MALKERNS – Where there’s music, be rest assured that fun will be had.  Fun lovers were treated to a fun filled night as local artists kept giving judges a  hard time in deciding who would be performing at the MTN Bushfire 2018 stage.

Sibebe Friday Night Live has over the years introduced over 70 local acts to the House on Fire stage as well as attracting over 12 000 attendees to share in this home grown artistic platform.

Previous performers on the Sibebe Friday Night stage include artists such as; Bholoja, KrTC, Nomzamo, Nomalungelo, Flowe, Masikane, Qibho and Sands, Velemseni, Nomsa M, Amanda Mo, Pelepele just to name a few.
The night kicked off with performances from Copsy Mwansa,  who dished out jazzy sounds setting the mood for revellers who started dancing on the dance floor making it obvious that they were already impressed with the proceedings of the night.

Not to be outdone with their performance was Symphony who dished out songs from her upcoming new album which she plans on releasing soon.
The local songstress also shared the love she has for her mother whom she introduced with the song she wrote for her and said that she has been her pillar of strength for her and her siblings.
Worth noting is that, Symphony brought a loved up feel to the house as most of her songs were love songs that triggered a lot of fun lovers to reminisce about their relationships.

One fun lover confessed to be ‘weak’ over Symphony’s voice as it had meaning to what she said about capturing the audience’s attention.
The singer made sure that she brought her best throughout her performances, having half of the crowd singing along to her songs.
As performances were going on an electric power failure almost spoilt the evening but because of a calm crowd, they kept themselves entertained as they chatted and socialised among themselves.
