MTN BUSHFIRE 2018 STALL APPLICATIONS CLOSED

MBABANE – The MTN BUSHFIRE Festival 2018 is not only about music but small businesses as well.


The festival is the ideal opportunity to showcase your products to over 29 000 people who att

end from across the globe therefore entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to trade during the weekend long festival.
The 12th edition of this highly commended festival is set to take place from  May 25 to 27 at House on Fire, Malkerns.
Dynamic entrepreneurs were invited to apply to sell their wares and last Monday the stall applications were officially closed.
Entrepreneurs were given two months to apply online or submit applications at House on Fire offices.


After receiving over 100 applications the team will select which businesses will showcase this year.
Since this is a festival of diversity the organisers always reserves a fair share of the stalls for different gourmet foods from all over the world, designer fashion stalls, fine arts, crafts and more.

MTN BUSHFIRE is well known for its great food court, providing unique, tasty and culture inspired gourmet food options.
“We confirm that trader applications closed February 12 with 100 applications from Swaziland, Mozambique, Tanzania, Lesotho, Zimbabwe and South Africa.
“This shows how MTN BUSHFIRE has played a vital role in the culture connection of different countries,” said House on Fire’s Communication Officer, Noncedo Dlamini.


She said stalls ranged between E1 000- E5 000 depending on the wares sold and size of course.
Festival goers have the outdoor areas mainly consisting of food stalls while the artisanal design marketplace is all about creative, sustainably sourced, high quality products that are made from recycled, up-cycled, natural and environmentally friendly materials.
In a change for the 2018 edition, the marketplace now welcomes more than strictly handmade items and will now also accommodate vintage products.
The final list of stalls will be revealed in due course.
