GAWUZELA, SA’S REBECCA MALOPE TO COLLABORATE

MBABANE – Swaziland is yet to taste one of the best collaborations in the gospel music industry.

For the past two years, she has been part of the country’s massive Umlilo Gospel Crossover and now she is expected to collaborate with its founder.

This is none other than South African queen of gospel music Rebecca Malope who is expected to collaborate with Mduduzi Nezinceku Zamagawugawu.

Malope has been the showstopper in both 2016 and the 2017 crossover shows which have been a success.
They were  attended by over 20 000 people respectively .
Mduduzi Nezinceku Zamagagwugawu, a group under the leadership of Mduduzi ‘Gawuzela’ Simelane will be releasing a DVD of the album titled ‘Thuma Mina’.

It is on the DVD where the collaboration will be featured. The only thing left is the contractual agreement which includes how the song will be marketed and the royalties shared.
Gawuzela has already sent a demo of the song to Malope’s office and it is still waiting for her to add her ideas, be it lyrics or tune changes.

During an interview earlier, Malope mentioned that she had fallen in love with the crossover concept and it was the reason why she had no problem attending when asked to do so.
