BIG FISH TO TOUR WITH OLIVER MTUKUDZI

MBABANE – Music lovers will get a chance of watching a live performance of Zimbabwean’s soul music star Oliver Mtukudzi.


The ‘Neria’ fame guitarist will be part of the artists who will be touring with gospel music star, Sipho ‘Big Fish’ Makhabane.
Makhabane and Mtukudzi recently collaborated in a song titled ‘Tinothenda’.
The song which is already receiving massive airplay in both Swaziland and South African radio stations is in Makhabane’s latest album titled ‘Sinekhaya’.


The album is already available in most music outlets around the country.
Makhabane will be touring Swaziland and South Africa and Mtukudzi is expected to be part of the tour. Although the dates of the tour have not been announced, Makhabane assured his fans that they will definitely see the collaboration on stage.


Makhabane said he had been singing for over 30 years and he felt it was time he collaborated with legends in the music industry.
“Mtukudzi is one of these legends and it is for this reason why I collaborated with him,” he said.


He said the response from the public was impressive as music lovers have shown great interest in the new album. He said within a week they have recorded over 20 000 downloads  from as far as UK, London .


“They are crazy about the collaboration. The album is just in demand. I believe my recent tour in London motivated the Africans residing there to support this new project,” he said.
He urged music lovers to make sure they get themselves a copy of the album, adding that by the time the tour comes to Swaziland everyone should have the CD.
