MBABANE - There’s no stopping Swazi Jive’s first lady, Adrienne Foo to reach out for the moon.
Just the previous week, her music video was sitting on 100 000 views.


This week the RnB singer disclosed to her followers that soon her music video would be airing on Channel O alongside other African greats’ music videos.
Born Nomfundo Sibandze, Adrienne Foo is a local born female artist whose passion for music began at an early age. She relocated to South Africa halfway through her high school education.


Over the past few years, she has been hard at work as an artist and has performed in shows like the HipNotik Festival.
Channel O is a South African based music channel which first started transmission in the early 1990s. its main concept is African music in Africa and the diaspora.


Channel O can be accessed via DStv, a satellite pay TV service for pan African households. The channel broadcasts a variety of music videos.
It also holds the annual Channel O Music Video Awards ceremony where artists are awarded for their outstanding contribution to music. Channel O over the past years have been losing a significant amount of popularity due to mainly the launches of MTV Base Africa and Trace Urban Africa.
The channel has been trying several times to gain popularity including the increasingly popular method of creating a South African feed and rest of Africa feed.


‘Dangerous’, the video that will be debuted on channel O has been ranked as one of the best music videos that have come out of Swaziland.
It was shot at Sibane Hotel in Ezulwini, also there are scenes of the video that were shot at the Movie Zone, Gables.
