AFRICA, LINDO RELEASE NEW SINGLE

MBABANE  – Worship music is synonymous with soul healing and spiritual nourishment, and this assertion comes out strongly in the latest music single release by one of Swaziland’s renowned and revered gospel outfit, Africa and Lindo.

The duo’s new offering is entitled ‘Alpha and Omega’.
“This song was re-mastered and re-released this week, and marks the return of Swaziland’s famous ‘father and daughter’ gospel duo. Africa and Lindo have, in the recent two years, amassed a huge following in and outside the country, hence this release is an answer to clarion calls by fans for new material,” explained the group’s Manager, Wilton Mamba of Multimedia International.

Mamba said the release of ‘Alpha and Omega’ lays the foundation for Africa and Lindo’s forthcoming album, which will be released later in the year. 
“There couldn’t be a better way of starting the year than releasing a worship song that resonates with Christians across the entire region and beyond; a song that that affirms God’s position as the author and finisher of all things known and unknown.
Africa and Lindo’s version of this popular worship tune adds a proudly Swazi component to the whole mix,” added Mamba.

The new song is already receiving massive airplay on SBIS and VOC radio stations.
‘Alpha and Omega’ is indeed a timeless worship song, and several singers across the world – some of whom include Benjamin Dube, Yolanda Adams, Joyous Celebration, have had their take.

Meanwhile, the release of ‘Apha and Omega’ comes on the heels of the release of Africa and Lindo’s newest high definition music video for ‘I’m blessed’, the title to their current album.
