‘THULANI NTSHANGASE THREATENED TO SHOOT, KILL ME’

MANZINI – A man who is allegedly involved in a clash with his wife has alleged that Courageous Gospel Choir Founder and Redemption Story Choir Conductor Thulani Ntshangase has threatened to shoot and kill him.
Mfanzile Matsebula (48) of Mkhiweni, Ngwane Park went to court for a peace binding order, alleging that Ntshangase was threatening his life and further insulted him. However, the insults, recorded in a statement which is in possession of this publication, cannot be repeated due to their nature.
Matsebula alleged that he received a phone call from Ntshangase who was threatening to shoot him with a pistol. He added that he went to report the matter at the Manzini Police Station.

“After that, while I was at the Hub Pick N Pay with my three children, we met Ntshangase with my wife inside his car. I went and spoke to her with the children and while we were talking, Thulani came and asked why I was talking to my wife. He then started threatening me and added that he would bundle me inside his car boot and kill me,” Matsebula alleged.

He then said the heated confrontation was allegedly stopped by Ntshangase’s friends who pulled him away and separated the two from each other. Matsebula further alleged that he always received threatening texts on his cellphone, sent by Ntshangase.
“This was after I had complained about the work relationship he had with my wife, Siphiwe Mhlanga and questioned him on why they always took trips together to South Africa, leaving his wife at home.

“After investigations, I realised that the wife was also not aware of the trips. At one point in time I went to check on my wife at her workplace and I found them together, he also threatened me on the said day and ordered that I meet with him at his home,” Matsebula alleged.
