REDEMPTION STORY CD/DVD OUT IN NOVEMBER
MBABANE – The much awaited Redemption Story’s live DVD and CD will be ready to hit the shelves in November.
The live recording which was held at the Royal Swazi Spa Convention Centre last month was a great success, that saw fans come all out to support the revived group.
Featured on the CD and DVD is a collaboration between Inkhosikati LaMbikiza and former Joyous Celebration star Mahalia Buchanan.
This is one performance that was recorded without a live audience, and fans will be eager to hear and see it as soon as the CD and DVD are in retail store shelves.
The group’s 20-track album is currently being mixed and mastered at Down Town Studios in, Johannesburg, South Africa.
Mixing
Thulani Ntshangase, the choir’s conductor said the mixing and mastering process was at its final stages.
“We are working towards having the album being released at the end of November.
The mixing should be done in a week from now and thereafter, we will concentrate on publishing,” he said.
He thanked all those who supported the choir during the recording saying they are hoping to get the same support when the album is released.
“Music lovers should definitely be prepared for what is going to be the best album.
“I must say the recording was a professional one and we are trying to make sure that the end product also becomes one of international calibre.”
He mentioned that once the album has been released, they will then announce to the public when the official public launch would be held.
