MBABANE – Seasoned choral music composer and adjudicator, Mathokoza Sibiya has landed a lucrative deal in South Africa.

Sibiya, who is the founder and conductor of Sweet Sounds through his consulting company, Gadla Services, has since been asked to drill three schools in the Mpumalanga region.

Two of the schools are private while one is a government school.
Sibiya will be responsible for teaching the pupils how to sing and also make sure that the choirs are ready for any competition and internal activities.
The schools that Sibiya will be assisting are St Peterson, Cereal Class and Sitintile High School.

Sibiya confirmed the news saying these were offers he could not resist.
“I am currently busy assisting some schools in South Africa after receiving offers from them. I am busy organising their music programme and also preparing their choirs for the competitions,” he said.

Sibiya said the schools have been following his compositions and the way he produces music, something that made them to take a decision of asking for his assistance.
“Because of the love of music, I could not say no. People might take this as a challenge, especially the travelling but for me it for the love of choral music,” he said.
