MBABANE – Ncandweni Christ Ambassadors’ crusade held in Cape Town has seen the group leader and founder Timothy Myeni changing the name of his church.

All along, Myeni’s church was known as the Ncandweni Christ Ambassadors Evangelical Church.
From now onwards, the church will be known as the Restoration of Christ Ambassadors (ROCA) Church.

This happened after one of the famous pastors in Cape Town, Abraham Makhalanyane surrendered his church to Myeni.
Myeni now owns a church in Cape Town which has a membership of over 1 000 people.

Founder

Makhalanyane was the founder of the Restoration Church. The church has two branches in Cape Town.
The two had never met before until Makhalanyane saw a tent that Myeni had pitched close to his area.
He then asked who was preaching and it is when he got to know that it was a pastor from Swaziland.

He then went to listen to Myeni’s service and that is when he took the decision of surrendering his church.
“I had never met Myeni before. I had always heard about the group but had never seen it performing. It is when I saw the tent that I decided to attend one of the services.”

“God talked to me on that night and I decided to surrender my church to him. I am one person who likes the crusade ministry and it is the reason why I was touched. I thought he was doing a great job and needed to be supported.

True

‘‘God is a true God and He works in a different way. I have been waiting for this to happen and I am glad it is done,” he said.
Myeni confirmed the new developments saying he still could not believe how this happened.
