PIGG’S PEAK MALL TO BRING 1 500 JOBS

MBABANE – A multi million locally owned mall project is currently underway at Pigg’s Peak.

Over 1 500 job creation is stimulated in line with government investment objectives.

This was revealed by HBC founder and Chief Executive Officer Sifiso Maziya. HBC is hired as developments consultants. 

Named Ndlaludzaka Shopping Centre, the exciting new development in Piggs Peak under Phoyeye Investments (Pty) Ltd is currently underway.  

The mall is parcelled into different courts banking and ATM, clothing, food, and telecommunications courts.   There will affordable smaller kiosks allocation for the local community businesses at the roof top.

Jobs that will be on offer include professionals, contractors, and suppliers among others. Upon completion, there would be tenants, property management and security and cleaning services. 

“This is a 100 per cent Swazi owned property investment locally funded. The modern elegant development will change the landscape of the fast developing town as the outstanding architectural design is ahead with the time,” explained Maziya. 

According to the project construction schedule, the completion date is October 2021. Potential tenants are free to register their interests with HBC to take up retail spaces.

The announcement of the project at Pigg’s Peak follows the recent announcement by HBC of a Chicken Express Drive Thru, filling station and mall at the Hhelehhele junction in the outskirts of Manzini which will be known as Elpaso. It was reported that the project will provide over 1 000 jobs.
