MBABANE – Business is booming for a Matsapha-based local company producing sanitisers.
Sanitisers are on demand and an essential item in the fight against coronavirus.

Based in Matsapha Industrial Site, 1st Avenue, Eswatini Procurement Agency, in partnership with Elcor Industries, are now having a footprint in Southern Africa following demand in Mozambique.

Executive Director Bongani Mamba said they had so far supplied Mozambique with over 30 000 litres of sanitisers.
“We sell a variety of Disaster Relief and Emergency items, liquid petroleum gas, anything gas-operated, including refill of gas and consultancy services such as HAZCHEM sanitisation of public spaces.

“We have been registered among four Mozambique Government-preferred suppliers,” said Mamba.
Locally, Mamba said the demand was equally high.

“Demand locally is there and we are supplying the Eswatini Government through the National Disaster Management Agency, municipalities, churches, different industries, sports bodies, Tinkhundla Centres, transport operators, supermarkets and smaller shops, including individuals,” said Mamba.

Mamba assured that their product was approved by the Ministry of Health and produced in accordance with the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines.
“Our production is demand-based, with a turnaround of six hours for bulk orders,” he said.

Mamba said they were boasting sufficient stock on shelf in all sizes. The sizes range from 200ml to 25 litres. The prices range between E38 and E3 750. Enquiries can be made on liaising with Mamba on 7606 8613/7906 8613.
