MBABANE – Property development punters have been presented with an opportunity to expand their business portfolio in the upmarket suburb of Dalriach.

Two residential vacant plots, located next to the developing Bon Accord Estate at Dalriach East at Mountain Drive, have been put up for sale by Rainbow Properties on the instruction of a private owner who preferred anonymity.

The properties with tarred road access overlooking the Fonteyn Mountains both have water availability.
The plots facing each other measuring 1100 and 1014 square metres, respectively, will be sold by closed bids. The reserve prices have been fixed at E335 000 and E325 000.

Estate Agent Emmanuel Mkhwanazi said the plots were suitable for residential development. He said the plots were a viable buy when taking into consideration that they were located at an upmarket residential area which effectively would make the value of property to be built on the land appreciate.

Mkhwanazi said the eventual buyer could also make great savings when erecting structures at the plots since there would be no need for expensive earthworks since the plots were almost flat.
“Considering the good location and access to both water and electricity of the plots, the eventual buyer would have made a good investment,” said Mkhwanazi.

Buyers who may consider the opportunity should consider that property continues to be most preferred investment on the basis of a report from the Deeds Register that reflects that from January to September, a total of 742 Deeds of Transfers were registered.
