FORMER SITEKI SWAZIBANK BRANCH SELLING FOR E1.9M

MBABANE – Mulling of extending your business portfolio or opening shop at Siteki, an opportunity to own a spacious building where you could operate your business has presented itself.

SwaziBank has invited sealed bids from a minimum of E1.9 million for a property facing the bus rank at the developing town of Siteki.

Explained

Senior Manager Finance Nelisiwe Mtshali explained that the building price had been reached on the basis of an evaluation of the building wherein it was valued to be at E1.9 million. Mtshali said the property, which sits on a plot measuring 388 square metres, would be sold to the highest bidder. She explained that the building, which was previously a SwaziBank branch, has five offices and an open plan interior. Mtshali said the five offices previously included the manager’s office, ATM’s office, stationery office, strong room and computer room. It is open plan, with fittings, the five tellers each had their own booths.

Developments

“The building is being sold as is with all developments and partitioning,” Mtshali explained. Asked why purchasing the property would be a viable investment, she explained that businesses that may take interest would be happy to learn that the building faces the bus rank which therefore makes it a busy place. Mtshali also said the building had running water and electricity. It has also been mentioned that viewing of the building continues on appointment until Friday.
The deadline for submission of sealed bids will be at 12pm on Friday at the SwaziBank headquarters along Gwamile Street.
