GROUNDWORKS FOR NKONYENI NEW ESTATES NOW UNDERWAY

MBABANE – Those who chose to make lifetime investments through buying plots at Nkonyeni will be happy to learn that ground works have begun in earnest.
The construction of access roads and services for both Savanna and River Close within Nkonyeni Golf Estate are well underway.

This follows the approval of the development by the Human Settlement Authority, under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
According to Nkonyeni’s Chief Executive Officer Ruddy Rudolph, they hope to complete the construction of the roads and services early next year. He said buyers will then be able to transfer their properties within the first quarter of 2018.
Nkonyeni proprietors announced the establishment of the residential estates in 2015, when they put over 400 plots on the market for the public to buy.

The properties (plots) are affordably priced, making this the ideal purchase for investors. The buying options presented by Nkonyeni Property Developers ranges from self finance (use of financial institutions or cash purchase) to them providing the financing.

For as little as E2 957 per month, over a 10-year period, you can own a property at Nkonyeni.
“With much less hassle, our inhouse finance option makes owning a plot at Nkonyeni possible.
We are structuring ourselves not to only finance the empty lots but also the construction of the housing. Come 2018, we will be in a position to finance the plot together with the construction of the building,” Rudolph said.
The pricing and sizes range from E250 000 for 1 000 square metres up to E950 000 for 3 000 square metres.
