KASI RULE NGWENYA CASTLE PERFECT EIGHT ACTIVATION

NGWENYA – Kasi striker Dumisani Nhlabatsi scored a hat-trick in the final as his team won E800 in the ‘Perfect 8 activation’ held yesterday.


Kasi beat Taliban 5-1 in an exciting match watched by over 200 people. The games were played in the   inflatable pitch. The Castle Premier Challenge was held at Ngwenya.


There were nine teams in the mini-tournament yesterday which comprised of teams’ PROs, Swaziland Beverages, Kasi, Bhasobha, Taliban, Oshoek XI, Formula One, Primavera and Media xi.
The PROs paraded, among others, Mbabane Swallows acting CEO Sibusiso Manana, Manzini Wanderers PRO Mduduzi ‘Mr G’ Ginindza, Green Mamba CEO Thami Phakathi, Moneni Pirates PRO Sifiso Masuku, Malanti Chiefs Mfanimpela Mngometulu, PLS’ Sibusiso Dlamini and Young Buffaloes PRO Sandile Gwebu.


The Castle Premier Challenge Chairman, Meshack Maseko, described the event as a success. He said they were happy with the attendance and the fact that the winners were from the area. He said they have left a mark concerning the tournament at Ngwenya.


“Everyone was happy and they enjoyed themselves. We are hopeful that they will do the same and attend the game at Somhlolo National Stadium,” he said. Fans won themselves merchandise from Castle including cooler bags, T-shirts and hats.
Maseko announced that the next activation will be held in Matsapha at the Correctional Service.
