PALASTRIA MATSAPHA LAUNCH SUCCESSFUL

MATSAPHA – The Palastria Fitness Emporium Matsapha branch was yesterday launched successfully at the Ligcabho Lemaswati Sports Emporium in UNISWA, Kwaluseni Campus.

The event recorded a good attendance yesterday as over 50 people came to witness the launch of the new wing as well as to participate in the activities that had been lined up.
Some people came from as far as Matsapha and Mhlume.

The participants were taken through their paces by various aerobics instructors from morning till late afternoon, doing various exciting and mentally testing routines.
Meanwhile, there were also weightlifting and body building instructors who took participants through the paces as they pumped iron.
The participants were also given snacks in the duration of the event to rejuvenate their energy levels.

Moreover, upon registration they were handed the gym’s merchandise, a branded t-shirt which they wore during the workout.
