RUNNING THE RACE IN YOUR HEAD
MBABANE – Take a deep breath, lace up your running shoes and prepare to embark on a journey of physical and mental endurance on Saturday.
This will be during the Mbabane Half Marathon at Prince of Wales Sports Ground. Running a marathon requires not only physical endurance, but also mental strength. Participants should remember that mental preparation is just as important as physical training when it comes to running a marathon. By implementing these mental tips, you can enhance your performance and make the marathon experience more enjoyable according to your fitness level. Participants are urged to keep time as the main event of the day; the 21km will depart at 6am.
