VUSI IS NJOMANE GOLF CHAMP

MBABANE – Golfer Vusi H. Dlamini is the winner of this year’s Njomane Charity Golf competition.

Playing off handicap two, Dlamini played a commendable 37 points to win for a noble course. Coming second was Thabiso Gama on 36 points, while Kenneth Nkambule played 35 points to finish third. Valentine Maziya was the best of those who played 34 points, winning on a countback. Shining in the novelties was Cosmo Mthethwa who won the nearest pin 2/11(hole in one) award, while Valentine Maziya took home the nearest pin 9/18, with Dlamini bagging the nearest pin  8/17.

Maziya was also the winner of the longest drive while Nosmilo Kgomo won the ladies longest drive category. The results were released by one of the tournament organisers, Mthethwa. “Thank you to all the golfers who participated and donated to this competition. We also thank the sponsors who ensured this competition was a success. Overall, 45 golfers participated,” said Mthethwa. He also congratulated all winners and podium finishers.
