MBABANE – They mean business!

That is hub giants Manzini Wanderers who intend beefing up their team with both youth and experience ahead of the 2022/23 season. The ‘Weslians’ finished the recently-ended MTN Premier League occupying the sixth spot on 40 points, trailing Tambankulu Callies by four. On top of their wish list is Tambuti’s captain Machawe Dlamini and Denver Sundowns’ youngster Langelihle Dlamini,” the source said. He also revealed that they had parted ways with Head Coach Velekhaya Mthetwa, who joined them in the second round of the season. “It’s an open secret that Velekhaya is no longer with us,” said the impeccable source.

He further revealed that they would resume pre-season training next week Monday. The hub giants would have a pre-season match against city rivals Denver Sundows in gender-based violence (GBV) awareness game slated for the King Sobhuza II Memorial Stadium on July 30, 2022.
The game will be supported by the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM) and the partnership was launched two days ago at Manzini Total Coffee Shop.
