MBABANE – Well known South Africa’s aerobics team, SS Boys will be in the spotlight during the 2nd Next Generation Swazi Tigers Taekwondo Championship and Aerobics Teams Challenge.

Aerobics will be held tomorrow at Bosco Youth Centre, starting at 6pm to 10pm. Next Generation Academy and Swazi Tigers Taekwondo Club, partnered in hosting the double event alongside The Fitness Zone. Eswatini Taekwondo Federation (ETF) Secretary and Next Generations Academy Coach Sizwe ‘Mshengu’ Mabuza said they had decided to complete the aerobics competitions tomorrow instead of having the finals on Saturday.

“There are big numbers for taekwondo and we came to the decision that all the aerobics competitions will finish on Friday. We are looking forward to tough competitions even in the aerobics session. The winners of the aerobics will be presented with their prizes on Saturday during the main day alongside the taekwondo champions,” he added. Some of the aerobics teams that have confirmed their participation are Matrix, Fitness Zone Manzini, Simunye and Mhlume, CAF, and a team from Mahwalala, among others. “We are happy that the SS Boys team from Newcastle confirmed their participation. They are among the best teams so far in aerobics, in the region. We are confident that they will thrill,” he said.
