MAD RUSH FOR DERBY TICKETS

MBABANE – There was a mad rush for the Mbabane derby tickets when they went on sale yesterday at 2pm.

The 2 000 tickets were made available yesterday at 2pm at Futis outlets. There were queues in Mbabane and Manzini as fans rushed for the tickets at exactly 2pm. Over 30 supporters bought the ticket in a space of 10 minutes in one of the outlets in Mbabane while a long queue was reported at Bhunu Mall, Manzini.

Some of the fans said they did not want to take a chance of waiting to buy the tickets later as they were limited. Each ticket is sold at E50 since Sunday will be a double header at Mavuso Sports Centre. First to take centre stage on Sunday is the match between Manzini Wanderers and Green mamba while the derby between Mbabane Highlanders and Swallows will start at 3pm.
