PLAYERS TURN TO INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
MBABANE – Keeping fit under the partial lockdown is a priority.
In the absence of league games and banned group training for football teams, players have opted for individual training to improve fitness levels and stay in shape.
Group training sessions boost accountability, efficiency and individual output.
Teammates motivate each other to come to training sessions on time and give their best effort. Under the current lockdown situation, players revealed how they managed to keep fit despite being away from their teammates.
