ESRICS THABISO SHINES IN LOL
MBABANE - The ESRIC does not only sponsor golf, but their employees also partake in the sport.
Thabiso Gama, an employee in the company that sponsors the Business league and ESRIC (Eswatini Royal Insurance Corporation) Monthly Mug, this past Friday won himself the Leg of Lamb (LOL) competition.
He beat a field of about 30 golfers with a score of 22 points to win the weekly tournament.
The competition was played at Mbabane Golf Course six days ago.
He was closely followed by Royal Eswatini Police Services’ (REPS) Sandile Chonco on 19 points, while Stephen Mavuso completed the top three brackets on 18 points after a countback.
He beat Mbabane City Council’s CEO Gideon Mhlongo to the third position who score 18 points.
Nicholas Vilakati occupied the fifth spot on 18 points, while Welcome Mhlanga beat Cosmo Mthethwa on 17 points after a countback on the sixth position.
The results were released by Mbabane Golf Club Ladies Captain Fisiwe Vilane.
