CROSSFIT TRAINING AT TRANSFORMERS

MBABANE – Transformers Blast and Burn Studio presents crossfit training for guaranteed fitness results.

If you missed out on last Saturday’s metafit boot camp at Transformers Blast and Burn Studio, make sure to join a weekly crossfit training session to be held every Saturday starting at 7am until 8:30am. Participation fee is E50 per head.

A form of high intensity interval training, crossfit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level while metafit is super-efficient, which means you can spend less time training each week while still cashing in on all the fat burning, metabolism boosting, and heart-pounding benefits. The difference between the two types of training is the level of intensity but they are both high paced and help to develop the prowess, stamina and desired muscle tone.

Fitness coach and bodybuilder Arnaldo Barbosa of Transformers Blast and Burn Studio located at Sidwashini Industrial Site, thanked all 30 fitness lovers that took part in last week’s session and hoped that the weekly crossfit sessions would encourage more people to return to the gym and incorporate exercise into their lifestyles. 

“The goal is to cultivate the culture of regular exercise to the people since some lost motivation after the invasion of COVID-19. We want to bring back people to the gym by ensuring that they exercise in a conducive environment,” said Barbosa.

The various training machines within the gym premises had been removed to create more space enough to suit at least 50 people demarcated one metre apart during training. 

Barbosa also reminded attendants to provide their own equipment to avoid sharing at all costs. In light of the dangers imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, showers and steam rooms remain closed. For reservations, Barbosa can be contacted on 7860 8684 or 7960 8684.
