MBABANE – The Transformation Corner knows no bounds because physical health and fitness is a universal subject.

Even before the eagerly-anticipated re-opening of borders for human travel, which is expected to be on October 1, 2020, Thembeka Zulu, a 26-year-old from Gauteng in the East Rand, shared her weight-loss and physical transformation story with the hope to inspire others and help them change their lives positively.

Ladies who have bulging stomachs often feel insecure about their physical structure. For ladies, having a flat stomach is priority as it gives you that defined shape, while men with firm and well crafted six pack look more appealing.

Mothers who gave birth through caesarean section can attest to the agony of trying to heal while faced with the responsibility of taking care of a new born baby.

Mobility is near impossible yet there is an urgent need to tie the belly with a waste trainer to help reduce its size, but that is agony on its own.

Honestly

Zulu was faced with a similar predicament after the birth of her daughter.

Honestly, she still looked pregnant even after the child was born and thanks to some weight-loss products combined with exercise, she managed to lose 10 dress sizes in a space of a year.

On top of that, she developed a clear smooth skin after being tortured by a plague of pimples that affected her social life since people would criticise her rough face. Pay attention to her story as this could be the turning point you need to rewriting your own story and turning your life around.

Name: Thembeka Zulu from Gauteng, East Rand in South Africa.

What prompted you to lose weight and start living healthy?

After I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, I could not tie my belly because I had a C-section. I was a size 46 back then and now I’m down to 36. Now my skin is glowing and I have no pimples.

What was your toughest challenge since you started your weight-loss journey?

I had many challenges while I was working on my body.

First was consistency. It is hard if you are doing this lifestyle alone at home because you end up being tempted to eat what others are eating.

Secondly, exercising every day was a challenge because of work and I had to take care of my baby, but because of good nutrition I managed to get results.

What is your training routine like?

My training routine is eighty (80) per cent good nutrition, twenty (20) per cent workouts and hundred (100) per cent mindset in everything I do. Now I’m working on my belly and I want muscle mass.

What keeps you motivated amidst all the temptations of everyday life?

I’m the product of health products. My personal motivation is that excuses don’t burn calories. My advice to people trying to lose weight is that you need to be patient with your body.

Discipline and consistency play a big role to your body goals.

How has your life changed now that you are exercising and following a healthy nutritional lifestyle?

I am living a healthy lifestyle now and my energy is on top of the roof. I have never been happier because my skin is also glowing. I am happy inside-out.
