 MBABANE – Join the Fitness Gladiators Aerobathon and challenge yourself through dynamic and fun workouts.

Eswatini Fitness Gladiators presents the fourth edition of the fitness and wellness initiative billed for next week Saturday at Msunduza’s Solani’s Shisanyama in Mbabane. Starting time is 8am. The host of the event, fitness trainer, Bongani ‘The Tiger’ Mthupha, said the workout sessions would be led by amazing independent trainers who would inspire attendants to discover the best in themselves.

Legendary trainers in Penga Vunga and Musa Seyama have been listed among the instructor’s line-up of Mthupha, Sifiso Dlamini and Eugine Shabangu. Participants will be treated to four hours of fun and sweat through aerobics, zumba dance, body conditioning, body combat, the rope challenge, the sack circuit, weights and yoga.

“The nation is invited to come in numbers to experience a combination of olden days and latest aerobics moves plus new boot camp workouts. There is something for everyone. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, water bottle and a friend,” said Mthupha.

Entry fee for individuals is fixed at E70 and E400 for a group of 10. Pre-sale tickets are available at Solani’s Lounge near Eswatini Broadcasting and Information Services (EBIS) in Mbabane, Solanis Shisanyama in Msunduza and with Mthupha, who is reachable on mobile contact numbers 7645 3890 or 7945 3890.
