Mbabane Highlanders are keen on stretching their unbeaten run to 10 matches at the expense of strugglers Manzini Sea Birds.

Saul Chaminuka’s troops are the only team to have suffered a single defeat in the league after round 10 and a win will steer them closer to the top.
After a frustrating goalless draw at Mbabane Citizens in the last outing, they eye to return to winning ways to keep up with the rest of the teams at the top.

spotlight

The likes of grafter Vusumuzi Zungu, and the attacking pair of Thabiso Mokenkoane and Xolani ‘Chocco’ Sibandze will be in the spotlight in the chase for the sixth win of the campaign.

The ‘Black Bull’ will be minus injured versatile full-back Sabelo ‘Sawa’ Gamedze, who now plays as a striker, but they still have plenty of options upfront.
Strikers Mthobisi Mngomezulu and Nkosinamadla ‘Nkola’ Nkambule will be both available for selection.

‘Izinyoni Zolwandle’, on other hand, equally crave for maximum points to stay out of danger. Before yesterday’s games, they were only two points above the drop zone.

haunt

Players like defender, Sibusiso Dlamini, who returns to haunt his former employers, as well striker Muzi Tsabedze, can ensure the pendulum swings in Sea Birds’s favour.

It could be a tricky outing for the visitors, as the last meeting back on April 17, 2017 ended in a dramatic 2-all draw after Highlanders skipper Xolani ‘Chocco’ Sibandze rescued a point with a controversial penalty kick deep into stoppage.
