‘MY MUSCLES AN 8-YEAR JOB’

MBABANE – He has been building this muscular body since the age of 13 years.


Thabiso Zwane, a 21-year-old body builder said that it took him eight years of hard training to get the physic he has. He currently weighs a massive 89kg and still striving to grow even bigger and stronger. This is proof that nothing beats dedication, passion and sacrifice.


The young body builder, who resides in Matsapha, is among the competitors in the upcoming Barbosa Classic Bodybuilding Competition scheduled for Emfuleni Lifestyle at Ezulwini on November 10. He said that he had always been fascinated by big and muscular athletes.


The inspirational lad, whose role model is Jay Cutler, former American football quarterback, said that he started working out, using home-made equipments.
POTENTIAL


All thanks to former body building champion, Donsa Tfwala, who saw his potential and introduced him to his bodybuilding team at Correctional Services.
He has participated in all local heavy weight competitions and headed for the South African stage next year.  He said that he was well prepared for the Barbosa Classic and promised the best results.
