E10 000 SALARY, E0.5M PRICE TAG FOR KOLA

MBABANE – Nigeria-born forward Aladeon Kola earns E10 000 per month at Mbabane Swallows.

The player, who has signed a three-month contract with the CAF Champions League envoys, is currently embroiled in transfer dispute with Manzini Wanderers. The matter is now in court. According to a contract attached to the court papers, Kola earns E10 000 per month at the capital city giants. The contract runs between June 1, 2018 and August 31, 2018.

On signing the agreement with Swallows, the player got E25 000.
Kola has been at Wanderers for about two seasons and they insist he belongs to them after pocketing E55 000 signing-on fee in May this year, on top of other benefits.

At Wanderers, according to a contract, which is also attached to court papers, the gifted forward got a net salary of E9 300. The salary included a housing allowance.

Meanwhile, the player is worth about E500 000, if the buyout clause in his Wanderers 2017/18 contract is anything to go by.
“The player shall not be sold for a fee less than E500 000,” reads the contract.
In the contract, it further stipulated that Charles Matsebula shall be responsible for handling matters of the player.
